Each standard family ships as a matched set of three: a student slide deck, a teacher script, and a tracking sheet. You teach from the slides, follow the script word for word if you like, and record progress on the sheet. Open the full Grade 3 set on the Standards Slide Deck Triplets page.

DEEP FACTS is our acronym for the moves that build a strong informational explanation, so students remember what to include when they write to inform. There is a song that teaches it on the DEEP FACTS song page.
TRACKS names the six kinds of evidence students can pull from a text to support an answer. It gives young writers a shared checklist for finding proof. Hear it on the TRACKS song page.
The full set of Grade 3 passages is in one file, the Grade 3 Reading Passages. To see which cluster and module each passage serves, and its source, open the Passages Source Index. Reading level and stamina data live in the text complexity reports, such as the Cluster 1 report.

The School Map is a one page view of everything a teacher needs for a cluster, laid out as rooms in a school. Each day has two parts. The 15 minute lesson uses the trifecta of the teacher lesson plans, the student workbook, and the lesson slides (Section 50 of the Teacher Lesson Plan Guide). Then, based on the class's needs or alignment to the core reading language arts instruction, the teacher chooses up to 4 Standards Slide Decks at about 5 minutes each for the remaining 20 minutes. The Implementation Guide shows the minute by minute plan for that block.

The pages practice the reading comprehension stage of writing: collecting evidence and annotating without losing rigor.

Yes, it is coming soon. For every cluster in Grades 3, 4 and 5, a set of five short, fully scripted 15 minute lessons that a substitute can teach from the cluster's already taught passages, without advancing the regular lesson sequence.

The type-in workbooks and trackers save in the browser on that device, so a teacher should return on the same browser and device to pick up where they left off.
